A little about me…

I’ve been a deep feeler and sensitive soul for as long as I can remember. I’ve been vegan since 2016 and began rescuing animals a couple of years later—now my husband and I run an animal sanctuary in New Mexico that’s become an extension of my heart. My work is rooted in a commitment to both human and animal rights and I am passionate about anti-oppression and liberation for all beings in this world.

After seven years as a psychotherapist, I expanded into trauma-informed therapeutic coaching because I recognized there are other paths to healing. I want to create space for vegans, activists, animal rescuers and caregivers—people who are doing meaningful, emotionally demanding work and need a space where they don’t have to explain why it’s hard. If you’re feeling stretched thin, struggling to make space for yourself, navigating grief, feeling overwhelmed or just needing to be met with compassion and support, with whatever is going on in your life right now, I’d be honored to support you. Thank you for taking the time to get to know a little more about me. I hope to hear from you and look forward to connecting with you more!
