Managed Sliding Scale

I offer sliding scale to ensure multiple access points for folks who want to work together.

This system relies upon honesty, accountability, and respect for the multiple realities of economic access and privilege that exist in our communities. Please take your time in choosing a tier that reflects your current capacity, while keeping in mind that selecting the highest tier that you’re comfortably able to pay - means you are supporting my ability to work with folks with less financial privilege.

A rate that you choose may not always be available; if the tier you select isn’t open right now, I’ll do my best to provide alternative low-cost resources or referrals. I’m always happy to discuss questions or support you in figuring out what feels right for you.

Sliding scale spots are available for intensives on a case by case basis. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if this is something you’re interested in!

  • Sessions are scheduled weekly or biweekly as we begin our work together. Moving to monthly is an option for maintenance support later on in our work together. I also offer intensives which are 2-4hrs and can be scheduled at a frequency that feels best for you.

  • I provide sessions online via video. I also offer in-between session communication via text or email if needed.

  • Trauma-informed therapeutic coaching supports nervous system regulation, and personal growth. Coaching tends to focus more on the present and future, helping you move forward and reach your goals with clarity, support and accountability.

Therapy, on the other hand, is a clinical mental health service provided by licensed professionals and often involves working through past traumatic experiences. I offer EMDR in therapy sessions, which is only available to folks located in the states where I’m licensed (NM, CO, OR, FL, & TX). If you’re interested in EMDR therapy, please visit my website at www.chelseastockert.com
