  • Yes! I offer a sliding scale based on a flexible fee system inspired by The Green Bottle Method. This model allows clients to select a rate that aligns with their current financial capacity.

    Sliding scale options:

    • Tier 3 (Full Rate): $135/hr

    • Tier 2: $120/hr

    • Tier 1: $100/hr or $85/hr
      Limited spots available at this tier

    Sliding scale options are also available for intensive sessions—we can talk more about what feels sustainable during our intro call.

  • Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or biweekly. I also offer intensives which are 2-4hrs and can be scheduled at a frequency that feels best for you.

  • I provide sessions online via video. I also offer in-between session communication via text or email if needed.

  • Trauma-informed therapeutic coaching supports healing, nervous system regulation, and personal growth. While this work can be deep and transformative, it’s not therapy. Coaching tends to focus more on the present and future, helping you move forward with clarity and support.

    Therapy, on the other hand, is a clinical mental health service provided by licensed professionals and often involves working through past traumatic experiences. I offer EMDR in therapy sessions, which is only available to folks located in the states where I’m licensed (NM, CO, OR, FL, & TX).
